AVC Group at IBC 2026: Bringing the latest closer
The technology landscape is changing fast. By being at IBC, we can identify the solutions that make sense for our customers before they become mainstream – and bring back first-hand knowledge, new ideas and practical recommendations.
This September, the AVC Group team will be heading to Amsterdam for IBC2026, one of the world’s leading events for media, broadcast and entertainment technology.
From 11–14 September, IBC2026 will bring together 1,300+ exhibitors and 600+ speakers, with a strong focus on the technologies transforming the media and entertainment industry – from AI and cloud-based workflows to IP production, streaming, automation, cybersecurity and next-generation production tools.
IBC is a truly global meeting point for the media and entertainment industry. It is expected to attract 44,000 attendees from 170 countries. The event will take place across 14 exhibition halls, bringing together established technology leaders, emerging companies and start-ups. A particular focus this year is Future Tech in Hall 14, where breakthrough technologies, live demonstrations, start-ups and the Accelerator Programme showcase ideas moving towards real-world applications.
For us, IBC is about more than discovering new products. It is an opportunity to see technologies in action, meet manufacturers and technology partners, compare solutions and understand which innovations are ready to deliver real value today. AI is moving towards practical applications in production and workflows, while cloud-native and software-defined solutions are opening new possibilities for more flexible and efficient operations.
We will be looking beyond what is simply new or innovative. Our focus will be on what is reliable, useful, scalable and worth investing in.
Going to IBC means staying ahead – and to make sure our clients can benefit from the right technologies at the right time.
