Televic announced the release of D-Cerno 1.7 software update, which expands integration and automation capabilities for operators and integrators, adds real-time audio monitoring, and includes a series of usability improvements and reliability fixes. The API has been extended with extra functionality which allows automation engines or external meeting management platforms to start and stop voting sessions programmatically and to collect the results during and after the vote programmatically. It is now also possible to activate the custom star button via API which allows to connect an action to an external platform. This gives you the freedom to couple any action to this button, for example from controlling the screen, opening the blinds or playing a chime. Level-meters for all inputs and outputs are now visible directly in the D-Cerno web interface. Operators can monitor external input and output levels at a glance from the browser, making it easier identify audio issues with external sources or validate the correct functioning of audio outputs without switching tools. D-Cerno 1.7 is now the latest version, and D-Cerno 1.6 is promoted to the recommended release. The recommended version is the release Televic considers most stable for production environments, while the latest version gives you access to new features and improvements as soon as they are available.
